December 9, 2014, “The scenario-based training courses use in resident physician’s standardized training program” was hosted grandly in the newly built clinical skills training center and organized by Guangdong No.2 Provincial People’s Hospital and Master Meditech. There are hundreds of experts and professors from all sections of clinical department attended this event.

The training invited the most famous simulation expert in Guangdong -- Xue Lei, director of clinical skills training center, Guangzhou Medical University. She carefully explained how to design the simulation course and how to run the course, and her experience in using HAL. Meanwhile, the professors from Guangdong No.2 Provincial People’s Hospital were also shared their practice and experience in resident physician’s standardized training program. Master’s engineers a and experts cooperate two workshop subject in how to design the scenario, how to adjust character change according to different objects, and how to organize the debriefing.
